Funding
The company has successfully completed its Seed Funding round, raising USD $70 million.
This initial funding was provided primarily by one of our co-founders, Susan Huang (who is also my aunt), together with three other core shareholders. I also participated in the round with a personal investment of approximately USD $3.5 million, reflecting my long-term commitment to the company's vision and growth.
We are currently preparing for our Series A financing and have begun preliminary discussions regarding financing structure and strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley.
As certain aspects of the financing process remain subject to confidentiality agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate procedures, we are unable to disclose additional details at this stage. Further information will be shared with qualified partners, investors, and selected candidates as the company progresses through its next phase of growth.
